New Product Launch-Electromagnetic Screen Product Series

With the consistent endeavor and effort of HOT (Chengdu) Industries Co Ltd R&D engineers, We're happy to introduce an innovative desliming and dehydration equipment which can perfectly replace sievebend and stacksizer in coal washing plant with lower cost, more minor space occupation and better dehydration and desliming effect. 

There are three types of equipment under this product series, namely:

1.High-frequency electromagnetic screen,

designed to replace sieve bend, is the main function of raw primary hashtag coarsecoal slime's dehydration and desliming.

2. Compound Vibration Electromagnetic Screen,

which is designed to replace stack sizer, the primary function is for desliming of the hashtag#TBS and hashtag#spiral concentrate, or desliming of the hashtag magneticseparator tailings;

3. Three Elements High-Frequency Compound Dehydration Screen,

which is designed to replace HF vibration screen or linear screen, the main pain points that this equipment can tackle include:

 3.1 high moisture when using HF screen or linear screen to dehydrate the tailing;

 3.2 the screen basket is easy to wear when using coal slime hashtag centrifuge to dehydrate the tailing.
