Heng has nearly 20 years of experience in resource industry engineering delivery. He is one of approximately 70 Fellows of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (in China). Also, he serves as an tutor for Master's degree candidates at the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). Mr. Huang is a current graduate student in Business Analytics & GMP at Harvard University (in-progress). He holds a MicroMaster's Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Mineral Processing from the China University of Mining and Technology. With extensive international mining experience, he has been involved in and responsible for mining projects across major mining nations, including Australia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Indonesia, Mexico, Mongolia, and the Philippines.

Mr. Zhang possesses more than 20 years of experience in the design and delivery of domestic and international mining projects and equipment development expertise. Zhang is current a graduate student in Innovation and Entrepreneur at HEC Pairs. He graduated from Anhui University of Science and Technology He pioneered and successfully developed the three-dimensional design theory and methodology for mining projects in China. He led a research and development team and successfully developed vital equipment such as XRT intelligent sensor-based optical sorting machines, intelligent low-profile loaders, and slurry solid-liquid separation machines.

Mr. Wu possesses nearly 20 years of experience in data analysis, information system development, software design, and artificial intelligence algorithm development. Wu graduated from China University of Mining and Technology. He is current a post-graduate student in AI/ML at University of California, Berkeley. He has successfully developed vital technologies such as intelligent mineral sorting algorithms based on X-ray diffraction morphology, industrial equipment predictive maintenance algorithms, X-ray ash analyzer elemental analysis algorithms, and more. During his university years, he received the first prize in the National College Students' Mathematical Modeling Competition as the first author.

Mr Chen had 10 years experience in venture capital industry and 3 years experience in machinery manufacturing industry. He is familiar with project evaluation, transaction structure design, Project M & A, enterprise restructuring and post investment management of early and medium-sized technology start-ups. He has rich experience in fund raising, investment management and withdrawal.
Successful cases includes TMT, energy saving and environmental protection, advanced manufacturing, industrial Internet of Things and health care industries. He is responsible for and leads more than 20 investment projects, with a total investment amount of more than 500 million yuan.

Ms. Hu obtained her master's degree in Accounting from China University of Petroleum (Beijing). Before joining HOT, she worked at Honghua Group, where she was responsible for various financial tasks, including budgeting for the group's Hong Kong listing, establishing a comprehensive budgeting system for the group, financial work during the establishment and construction phase of the marine company, and financial position for the electrical company.

Mr. Zhou, Senior Mineral Processing Engineer, holds a master's degree in engineering. He graduated from Beijing University of Science and Technology as a graduate student and graduated from Central South University as a undergraduate. With over 30 years of technical service and sales management experience in nonferrous metal mines and ferrous metal mines. His service footprint covers over 40 major mining countries and regions worldwide. Before joining HOT, he served as a senior manager in mineral processing equipment companies such as Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd.(NMS), Derrick, and Renault, and has strong influence in the China, Middle East Area, Africa, and Southeast Asian markets.

Mr. Yao has more than 40 years of open-pit mining work experience. Graduated from China University of Mining & Technology (CUMT), Mr. Yao has worked in mining industry for decades. He was involved in most of Chinese open-pit coal mines feasibility study, overall panning and construction, for example, Yuanbaoshan open-pit coal mine, TIGYIT open-pit mine, and Shengli Mine Region Etc.
Mr. Yao knew well about open-pit coal mines design, construction and production management, as well as Chinese open-pit coal mines mining technology current situation and development trend.
