On the afternoon of October 27, HOT (Chengdu) Industries Co., Ltd. visited the School of Chemical Engineering at China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing (CUMTB) to carry out a university–industry exchange forum themed “Collaborative Innovation in Industry–Academia–Research and Talent Co-development.”The visit included a discussion seminar, a donation signing ceremony with the China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing Education Development Foundation, and a corporate recruitment presentation.
The event aimed to deepen cooperation between universities and mining technology enterprises, and to jointly explore new pathways for technological innovation and talent cultivation.

At the symposium held in the conference room of the School of Chemical Engineering, Professor Zhou Changchun, Party Secretary of the School, delivered a welcome address, warmly welcoming the delegation from HOT and expressing appreciation for the company’s long-term attention to the advancement of mining technology and its continued support for higher education. Subsequently, Ma Chengcheng, Deputy Party Secretary of the School, introduced the background and key details of the donation, and shared expectations for future collaboration between the university and the company in areas such as scientific research cooperation, technological innovation, and joint talent development.

During the exchange session, representatives of HOT (Chengdu) Industries Co., Ltd. presented the company’s development history and strategic business focus. As a mining technology enterprise specializing in intelligent mining systems, automation and control, and digital solutions, HOT remains committed to driving industrial upgrading through advanced technologies and promoting the development of smart mining through continuous innovation.
Through this donation to the China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing Education Development Foundation, the company aims to support research infrastructure development and talent cultivation, while encouraging young students to actively engage in innovation in the mining industry.

Following the signing ceremony, a HOT dedicated campus recruitment presentation was held at the School of Chemical Engineering. Company representatives introduced the firm’s development plans in the intelligent mining sector, current job opportunities, and career development pathways, and engaged in face-to-face discussions with students.
This visit to China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing (CUMTB) not only strengthened cooperation and mutual understanding between HOT and academia, but also demonstrated the company’s strong sense of social responsibility and commitment to supporting education.
