Manual knife gate valves are primarily used in pipelines where switching times are not limited or where standby valve are installed for servicing purposes. Its suitable medium for bauxite slurry, asphalt, catalyst residue, powder mud, concrete mud, mortar, paper pulp, water mud, paraffin, slag, wood chips, ash, clay, pulverized coal,etc..It has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, flexible opening, easy installation and replacement, and low maintenance cost. The upper part of the valve body is a handwheel device, which greatly reduces the total weight of the valve body. The handwheel is turned on clockwise and vice versa.

Pneumatic knife gate valve is mainly used in the pipeline which requires fast opening and closing. The opening and closing time is 3~10 seconds. Pneumatic valve in the application process requires gas source pressure above 0.6 MPa, otherwise the valve plate will not move or slow motion. The applicable medium of this valve is the same as the manual knife gate valve. Since the upper part of the valve body is a pneumatic device, the valve should be installed in advance, the valve should be installed vertically, the maximum tilt angle should not exceed 45 degrees. If the valve specification must be tilted to install, the valve cylinder should be supported during installation.
The actuator of the pneumatic knife gate valve is connected to the cylinder with a triplet and a three-position four-way valve or the cylinder is connected with a triplet and a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is selected to distinguish the voltage (DC 24V or AC 220V).

Simulation control knife gate valve is mainly a valve control mode which can realize remote control. The valve can be easily controlled in the central control room. This valve is based on the original pneumatic valve installed a positioner and an air pressure relief valve. This positioner needs to input 4~20 mA of EP input signal, and at the PTM end there must be a 4/20 output signal, that is, feedback signal. Through this feedback signal, the computer in the at a glance what the valve is in at any time. Under normal circumstances, the feedback signal current of this locator has passed the setting when leaving the factory, and its error will not exceed 0.5mA.

Electric knife gate valve is also a remote-control manual switch valve, its support top is an electric head, in the valve installed near the pipe to install a 380 V distribution box, electric head and distribution box between the wire. The electro-hydraulic knife gate valve mainly adopts the motor to drive the hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil acts on the hydraulic rod to move up and down, thus reaching a valve form of valve opening and closing. Its main features are that the valve plate runs smoothly when it is opened or closed, and the hydraulic force is very large, which is very effective in the case of great resistance in the pipe installed by the valve. This valve also needs to use a distribution box to control the hydraulic motor in the hydraulic head. In addition, two stroke switches should be installed on the support of the valve. When the valve is opened (press the opening button on the distribution box), the valve plate rises, and the valve automatically stops when the bumper on the valve plate touches the stroke switch at the upper end; When closing the valve (press the closing button on the distribution box), the valve automatically stops when the bumper touches the lower end stroke switch.
