Pneumatic butterfly valves are divided into two types: manual control pneumatic and electromagnetic pneumatic. The device for manual control is a three-position four-way valve + a triplet; the electromagnetic control is a solenoid valve + a triplet. They are equipped with air cylinders and echo transmitters.

Self-pneumatic Butterfly Valve

Self-pneumatic butterfly valve is also called analog control butterfly valve, and its function is the same as analog(simulation) control knife gate valve. It is mainly a valve control method that can realize remote control. The valve can be controlled very easily in the centralized control room. This valve is based on the original pneumatic valve with a positioner and an air pressure reducing valve. This positioner needs to input a 4-20mA input signal from the EP terminal, and a 4-20mA output signal at the PTM terminal, which is the feedback signal. The computer in the centralized control room can know at a glance that the valve is in what kind of state at any time through this feedback signal. , thereby reducing the labor of personnel, and they no longer need to go to the scene to observe the opening and closing state of the valve. Generally, the feedback signal current of this positioner has passed the setting before leaving the factory, and its error will not exceed 0.5mA.
