Introduction
On October 9, 2025, HOT grandly held the unveiling ceremony of its Indonesian subsidiary, REII, in Jakarta, Indonesia. This marks the official establishment of HOT's subsidiary in Indonesia—PT. REII Industrial Automation—and represents a major milestone in HOT's international expansion and its commitment to serving the Southeast Asian market.
The unveiling ceremony was jointly conducted by Ming Ping, CEO of HOT and Chairman of REII, and Shuki Ito, Advisor to Astem Japan’s Indonesian subsidiary. Huang Heng, Chairman of HOT, attended the event in person and delivered a speech, warmly congratulating the establishment of REII and expressing his expectations for REII to become a new driving force in Indonesia’s intelligent manufacturing and industrial digitalization. At the same time, the REII Jakarta office will also serve as the Jakarta Representative Office of the China Mining Overseas Alliance, providing an open and shared platform for alliance members’ site visits, exchanges, and cooperation in Indonesia, and working together to build a mutually beneficial and win-win industrial ecosystem.

During the ceremony, REII and Japan’s Astem signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Industrial Automation and Intelligent Energy Efficiency. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas including industrial automation systems and intelligent control, as well as smart energy-saving and energy management solutions. This cooperation signifies the deep integration of Chinese and Japanese technological strengths with Indonesia's local industries, injecting strong momentum into Indonesia’s Industry 4.0 transformation and green, low-carbon development.
